October last year 2011 at 5'0"weighing 260lbs wearing size 22W I started taking the hcg drops from thedietshop.com. The 2 oz bottle lasted me 30 days. The plan says to skip the days on period and 1 day no drops per week. I averaged 1/2-1lb per day loss over each 30 days. I did 3-6 weeks break between the drops. I have so far lost 90 lbs of body fat. Now I wear a size 10. I started this journey at 40 years old. I was having trouble getting control of my diet. With no support or help I took on a new diet. With 500 calories per day I rarely felt hungry. Sometime I would eat something I should not be eating . If any day there was no loss for a day I would take the 4-6 apples for the day to get me back on track. Please understand I am not perfect. This diet feels designed for me. I can see my desired weight being attainable here very soon. I could lose another 50 lbs. I want to be skinny for the wedding 12/12/12 But now I am below my high school size 12. So it is all gravy from here now I am happy with my results. I believe it is easy and cheap. I think that it is cheaper to follow this diet than to keep on the fast food, restaurant eating I was doing before the diet. I have shared my story and help people stuck in a rut and needing advise. It is my passion and desire for people to get healthier.

(referring to the Genesis Today Green Coffee Bean Extract) I Love this product. I only had to lose about 10-15 pounds. I have been taking it for two weeks and have lost 4 pounds already. I have enjoyed drinks and fattening food with my friends even. I am not jittery or nervous, but it has curbed my appetite. I am just eating a less. I also feel calmer and less stressed.
