RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered from TheDietShop.com, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase less the cost of shipping.

• Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at TheDietShop.com, you can return your purchase using our easy mail return process (within 30 days of your order date). We will credit your card upon receipt of your returned item.

• If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you qualify for a refund, contact TheDietShop.com  Customer Care at (818)985-4799, Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM PST or at customercare@thedietshop.com.

Return Procedure

• Please call or (818)985-4799 or email customercare@thedietshop.com for a return authorization.
• Please include a copy of the packing list or copy of your order with your return..
• Ship item via a track-able or insured method as TheDietShop.com cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING(U.S.)

We ship all orders SAME DAY upon verification of payment being confirmed before 3:00pm PST Monday thru Friday. Orders are shipped the following business day when payment is confirmed after the cutoff time. Notification will be sent via email once order has been shipped along with tracking information.

Please make sure that you provide your correct address. Orders that are returned to us for incorrect address information are subject to a reshipping charge.

During Checkout you have the option of selecting USPS or United Parcel Service. Each provides a variety of shipping options which are shown including costs.

Please note that order tracking is provided for each shipment that we make. We are not responsible for lost shipments that reach their intended destination. If an order is lost and tracking shows that it never arrived at its intended location we will reship your order at no cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we are only shipping orders to the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be charged on all orders that are shipped to customers in California.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Sorry we do not accept checks.
